Rules

Draw lines between orthogonal cells forming one connected network with no dead ends (branching allowed).
Fillomino: each region of equal numbers has that many cells; same-size regions don't touch.
Every region is either larger than all its neighbours or smaller than all of them.
A clue lists the runs of network cells in that row/column. A number is the run's total of shape value (corner 1, straight 2, T 3, X 4) plus each cell's number.
